Thursday 7th February 2002, 6.30pm - 11pm EVENT CLOSED |
Sadly Dame Barbara Cartland's 'An Innocent in Mayfair' is out of print so how about...
Hilariously dry fictional sketches about the more bizarre inhabitants of Mayfair's Edwardian high society.

The Audley has been described as "more like a gentleman's club than a pub" with polished wood panelling, plasterwork and ornate chandeliers. It was formerly known as The Bricklayers Arms and was one of the rare pubs in Mayfair to escape closure at the end of the nineteenth century due to the puritanical Victorian purge on licensed premises. But panic not about such prohibition! We've hired the private downstairs bar which you enter via the outside stairs behind the front railings. There's no dress code and it's just a five minute walk from a number of tube stations - there's a link to a map below. We would love to see you there and catch up - all you have to do is add your name to our guest list and tell your friends... | |||||||||||||||||||||
